Cctv newsAccording to the Office of Network Security and Informatization Committee of Tianxin District Committee of Changsha City, on April 22, netizens reported that a customer had a dispute with a mobile vendor selling mala Tang at the downstairs of Yunxi Chaohui in Tianxin District due to price issues. Tianxin District Market Supervision Administration and Tianxin District Urban Management Comprehensive Law Enforcement Brigade conducted investigation and disposal according to law after learning the situation.
Tianxin District Urban Management Comprehensive Law Enforcement Brigade has ordered the mobile vendor to correct and punish the illegal stall operation according to the relevant provisions of Changsha City Appearance and Environmental Sanitation Management Measures; Tianxin District Market Supervision and Administration Bureau has dealt with the behavior of the mobile vendor in its business activities without clearly marking the price, which has been handled according to the Price Law of People’s Republic of China (PRC).
In the next step, Tianxin District Urban Management Comprehensive Law Enforcement Brigade and Tianxin District Market Supervision and Administration Bureau will jointly carry out centralized rectification of illegal stalls and unmarked business practices to maintain a good market operation order.
