[汽车之家 人物对话] 在2018广州车展上,我们有幸对话了广东粤宝集团市场总监邝晓婵女士。具体对话内容如下:
编辑:邝总您好,欢迎您百忙之中接受汽车之家的对话。粤宝集团在15年的发展中经历了坎坷收获了非常多的成绩及认可,今天想请邝总首先介绍一下咱们集团目前的发展历程?
邝晓婵:粤宝主要是2003年在广州海珠区成立的,当时是我们第一任的董事长江军江先生注册成立的第一家公司,当时我们的第一家店是宝马店,这家宝马店在中国来说是首批第五家。经过了十几年的发展,我们现在的店主要是分布在广东、广西、海南三省份,明年也会拓展到江苏、浙江等地,经营的品牌主要是宝马、英菲尼迪、林肯三个品牌,主要是宝马店比较多。
现在我们的集团总裁叫江思祖先生,在整个华南区来讲,粤宝都是比较重要的宝马合作经销商集团。广东粤宝应该是现在市场占有率最高的经销商,我们在广州市区的店面、网点也是属于最多的,有三家宝马4S店,有两个城市快修店还有一个城市展厅,在广州来讲也是宝马经销商店最多的品牌。
编辑:广州车展的到来也宣布今年已接近尾声,今年我们集团目前的销售表现是否达到了您的预期?
邝晓婵:其实今年大家都知道,整个宏观环境也有比较大的影响以及变化,整个行业里也有很大的冲击,包括也有很多其他的行业进驻到汽车的生产、经销行业里,这也是我从业以来整个中国市场来讲,今年都是比较困难的一年,有很多品牌今年都做了很大的调整。到目前为止,整个粤宝集团销售的情况还是在我们预期内的,基本预测是可以达到年初的计划,而且能保持在整个竞争行业里的领先位置,我们还是要感谢整个集团的员工以及领导做出的非常好的带头作用,大家都非常努力,所以完成了现在这个业绩,我觉得还是在我们的预期之内。
编辑:服务一直被咱们集团所倡导,2018年咱们持续竞争的核心是什么?
邝晓婵:其实粤宝集团像在国内也算是比较老的经销商集团,就是在宝马这个行业里,尤其是在广州这个市场来讲,我们拥有非常庞大的老客户基盘,所以我们一直要做好这个服务,以客户为导向的核心理念。2018年,我们一直在售后及客服两方面做了非常多的工作,从去年开始我们在积极铺垫整个客服管理的系统,我们在客户的数据管理上也有自己的系统,也有比较严谨的客户分类管理,未来也加入了非常多的客户会员管理,希望在客户服务方面作出更大的努力。今年我们的售后这方面,其实售后是4S店很重要的利润来源,怎么保持客户的黏度?其实在技术能力方面需要很大的支撑。
值得高兴的是,今年宝马有售后的技能大赛,粤宝集团几乎所有店都在比赛中拿到了奖项,其中柳州粤宝喷漆师-万平,获颜色微调项目全国总冠军,这也是践行我们所倡导的客户服务领先,做好售后服务,保持客户黏度的理念,我们一直在践行这个理念,持续在做这些事情。
编辑:近年来经销商集团一直都在向多元化的方向发展,不知道邝总如何看待这种情况?
邝晓婵:刚刚也提到,汽车行业近年来,尤其是今年,大家的市场环境、竞争态势也非常严峻。在新车来讲,现在的销售利润逐步在下降,大家都需要寻求多元化的发展。经销商的经营,首先我们要看利润,利润在下滑的情况下,肯定是逼迫大家要往多元化发展。而且现在是信息化时代,数字化及新的消费理念,都要求经销商不能只做传统单一的行业。包括现在很多大的经销商集团,可能依托自己的网点优势与品牌优势,会创造自己的售后品牌,或者是成立自己的金融公司,从金融、附加服务或售后方面做非常多的尝试,我觉得这是行业发展到一定程度的良性竞争环境下让大家进行进化的过程,我觉得这是正常的。

Therefore, Yuebao Group will also make more attempts in new energy, and more brands will enter the market.
Another point is that in the extension business of automobile brands, more additional businesses, including accessories and financial services, will also have their own development plans. This is just a little bit of disclosure, and the specific plans will be announced later.

The most important thing is that we also ushered in the launch of the new BMW x5 in Asia. As you can see, we have launched the 4.0×5 M Sport first, and the pre-sale volume is 820,000. I believe this price is very attractive to many consumers. We also believe that this car will be welcomed by the market.
