The power, materials, configuration and safety performance are all at a very high level, even surpassing 95% of the joint venture models in the same class. However, due to the lack of popularity, many consumers are not aware of the excellent performance of this car. Brand influence plays an important role in the car market, and Chery still has a lot of room for improvement in this regard.
The performance of Starway New Era ET was even more dismal.Only 311 units were sold.Originally, this car was launched to compete with BYD Han, but now BYD Han’s sales are booming, and New Era ET is difficult to attract consumers’ interest. The introduction of new technologies is important, but consumers care more about the value and history of the brand, which is also where Chery needs to strengthen its marketing.
