In terms of strengthening financial guarantee, the Notice proposes to increase support for angel investment, support Shandong Branch and Qingdao Branch of Bank of China to launch special loans to stabilize and expand posts, support local government financing platform companies to expand venture capital business after market transformation, and initiate the establishment of venture capital enterprises.
